Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at conceptz.com.ng, or by engaging Creative Conceptz Solutions Ltd ("CCS", "we", "us") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Services

CCS provides professional digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, UI/UX and graphic design, AI integration, digital marketing, and ancillary services such as international payment facilitation. The scope of services for any client engagement is defined in a separate proposal or agreement issued by CCS.

3. Quotations and Project Agreements

• All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• A project begins only upon receipt of a signed agreement or written confirmation and the agreed deposit payment.
• Scope changes requested after project commencement may be subject to additional charges and timeline adjustments.
• CCS reserves the right to decline any project request at its discretion.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% (or as otherwise agreed in writing) is required before project work commences.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to handover of final deliverables or deployment.
• Invoices unpaid after 14 days of the due date may attract a late fee of 5% per month.
• Payments may be made via bank transfer, Paystack, or other agreed payment methods. All pricing is in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or USD as specified in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of all custom work created specifically for the client transfers to the client.
• CCS retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used in delivering work.
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences, which the client is responsible for maintaining where applicable.
• CCS reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client expressly requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely content, feedback, and approvals as required for project progress.
• Ensure that any materials supplied to CCS (text, images, data) do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Designate a single point of contact with authority to approve project decisions.

Project delays caused by the client's failure to meet these responsibilities may result in timeline extensions and/or additional fees.

7. Post-Launch Support

CCS provides complimentary post-launch support as stated in the project agreement (typically up to 2 months, subject to project scale). This support covers bug fixes and minor adjustments to delivered work. It does not cover new feature development, content updates, or platform upgrades, which are billable separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. CCS's total liability for any claim arising from a specific project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

CCS warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that websites or applications will be free from all bugs, or that third-party services integrated into your project will remain available or unchanged. This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during the course of a project engagement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination by the client, all work completed to date is billable at CCS's standard rate, and the deposit is non-refundable. In the event of termination by CCS, any prepaid fees for undelivered work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.

13. Changes to These Terms

CCS reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
